Our Managing Director, Claire Higdon is an extremely flexible health service management consultant who can work as a leader and shaper of strategy and its implementation often offering “trouble-shooter” input.  

 

Able to pull on vast experience in health service - acute/community and primary care, having worked as operational service manager, lead commissioner, Director lead for digital implementation and corporate roles.

 

Claire is an experienced Board level leader happy to work as an individual or as part of a team offering a wide range of skills and experience to include:-

-       networking to identify industry opportunities for technology

-       developing or refreshing Strategy

-       clinical system management

-       PMO set up

Claire has lead a wide range of service developments, formulating service specifications with clinicians for individual specialty changes, integrated service and whole system reform, most specifically connecting health and social care.
